Sometimes the timeXtender Scheduler service is not removed from the services list when timeXtender is uninstalled
Remove the service manually. This can be done using the command prompt as follows:
- Run command prompt with elevated rights. On Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008:
- Click Start
- Type "CMD"
- Right click the icon and click Run as administrator
- Type "sc delete 'timeXtender Scheduler <Version>'" in the prompt and press enter.
