    Hi, this video seems to address exactly what i need to do. however, i don't seem to see the "data tools" option in the choose editor for the SSIS customized code - do i need any pre-requisites for this to work?

    Hi Jason,

    You can setup Data Tools as a Custom Editor in General Settings.

    awesome! that worked perfectly!! now to just get the list to show up.. any idea why i might be getting this error - i get this when i try to browse the listdata.svc/ListName.

    This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
    <code/>
    <message xml:lang="en-ZA">An error occurred while processing this request.</message>
    </error>

    It's only 1 of the particular lists (the one i want) - all the others work fine? are there any components of a list that might prevent it from working properly?

    Hi Jason,

    That is a good question that I unfortunately are unable to give you an exact answer to.

    It could be that a duplicate fieldname exists due to some white-space removals - see here: https://nearbaseline.com/2014/09/odata-error-processing-this-request/

    This one could also be relevant: http://sharepoint.stackexchange.com/questions/174088/listdata-svc-returns-an-error-occurred-while-processing-this-request-for-some

    Happy hunting - and please update this thread with your findings! Thanks!
