Deploying an Oracle table results an error message.

Data Source OPD failed the pre-execute phase and returned error code 0xC0202009.
Cannot retrieve the column code page info from the OLE DB provider. If the component supports the "DefaultCodePage" property, the code page from that property will be used. Change the value of the property if the current string code page values are incorrect. If the component does not support the property, the code page from the component's locale ID will be used.
The external columns for Data Source OPD are out of synchronization with the data source columns. The external column "<ColumnName>" needs to be updated.

Unknown at this time. We have not completed troubleshooting this problem.
Deleting the table in TX DWA, running the SQL Server Cleanup tool, then re-adding the table has previously been shown to resolve the issue. However, if you can’t delete the table or would like to help us in troubleshoot this issue, please submit a new support ticket and we will assist you right away.
