Proxy Authentication support

After deploying TimeXtender to our datacenter we were surprised by a total lack of connectivity. Everything we tried gave a "407 proxy authentication required" http error.

Turns out this was because the hosting companies proxy requires network credentials to be passed, which TX does not do.

For networks requiring proxy authentication (all networks with security measures on outgoing traffic) this means no connectivity at all.

* TimeXtender cannot connect to the license server to activate

* TimeXtender cannot connect to data sources

Would be great if this can be implemented. Authenticating to a proxy with "current user" credentials is a 1-liner in modern programming languages.

.NET

WebRequest.DefaultWebProxy.Credentials = CredentialCache.DefaultCredentials;

Powershell

Invoke-WebRequest -ProxyUseDefaultCredentials (...)
