Allow equal / not equal to fixed value constraints in defining relations

We always define relations to make adding lookups easy. One thing we'd like to see added to a relation is the capability of adding equal / not equal / larger etc... to a fixed value in the relationship.

For example a certain int that holds a status field should be equal to 1 for a certain relation. That way it can be added to the joins immediately.
