Power BI dataset as data source

Hi,

Has anyone used a Power BI dataset as a data source? I have tried using the CData SSAS connector but can not get it to work. Any advice would be appreciated.

Please try the Microsoft Power BI XMLA 2023 Provider with the below settings. Please note this requires premium license/workspaces. Documentation for the provider can be found here.

I’ve also tried a bit with the Any source OLE DB, but with no success.

Hi @Christian Hauggaard,

Thanks! I have no idea how I missed that one. The Any Source OLE DB did work in the end, but only with the use of custom query tables.

I will try the Power BI XMLA 2023 connector and let you know how it goes.
