hello,I am upgrading to the latest TX and SQL 2022. Execution packages starts later than scheduled

All Execution packages with a schedule do not start at the time given. It starts always seconds to minutes later than the schedule indicates. Why doesn't it start according to the schedule?It happens with almost all packages. It also varies by package. The same package can start seconds later or 2 minutes later. For example: in the screenshots you can see that the package always starts later than 05:00 as scheduled.

Dynamic XML as datasource

Hi all,I’m still quite new to timextender so I appreciate all the help you guys give me.I have quite alot of different XML files containing alot of data. It’s product catalogs with porentially 40K products that contains different kind of parameters .. each product’s parameters varies from product to product .. som tell you the country of origin, som dont .. on some of the products there is information about delivery dates some and on some there aren’t.So all-in-all the different products and the different files varies a quite alot. The content of these files can change each day and some multiple times each day .. I would think that we all in all are talking about 600.000 different products.How would you approach this ?Is it possible for timextender to handle this or do I have to make some kind of XML-parser ?I guess I’m going to make a unique key there is based on the products no. and another parameter, but would you predefine the different parameters as a Field so I have to add a new

Ingesting JSON files from nested date and hour subfolders

Hi all,I am currently working with a client who is using TimeXtender version 6766.1 in an Azure environment. We are trying to ingest data from a source that generates JSON files stored in a hierarchical folder structure organized by date and hour. The folder structure is as follows:subject/version/date=YYYY-MM-DD/hr=HH/*.jsonExample Path: dev/Call/1.2/date=2024-10-30/hr=14/*.jsonWithin each hr=HH (hour) folder, there may be one or more JSON files. Similarly, each date=YYYY-MM-DD (date) folder may contain multiple hour subfolders, though it's rare for all 24 hour subfolders to be present.I have successfully configured the data source connector in TimeXtender to read all JSON files from a specific hour folder, as shown in the example above. SymptomsWe have in recent times had multiple issues with our customers experiencing their TDI solution stopped working due to Forbidden and Unauthorized results on their requests to our different services.Essentially executions aren’t started due to authorization errors, which will be mentioned in the error message.CauseWe are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused our users. The cause has been determined to be a misconfiguration in our refresh tokens. Tokens received from sign in on our apps and services before the 23rd of October have an absolute lifetime assigned, meaning that the tokens expire. This behavior has now been adjusted. Services that should not require a periodic new sign-in to function, i.e. our Ingest Service and Execution service, will no longer receive tokens with an absolute lifetime.ResolutionUnfortunately, we cannot control the already issued access tokens. To fix this problem you will have to sign into the Ingest service and/or Execution service again.

Transfer task new datasource completed with errors

Hi,we have created a new datasource for Azure Active Directory(Entra ID) via “cdata ado.netprovider for azure active directory 2022”de sync task runs ok but the transfer task keeps giving a completed with error signal. I have discussed this error with a consultant and a system/ authorization specialist but we cannot get it right. Hello,I am encountering a challenge with the REST connector when it deals with JSON data that includes empty property names. This issue arises specifically during the conversion of JSON to XML.The REST connector fails when trying to convert JSON data that contains properties with empty names. Hi, I am trying to connect with NetSuite ERP and created a data source. But when I am testing the connection getting following error. BC Adapter - Merge extension tables option

In version 20.10.39 you sneaked in a new features in the BC Adapter data source: 17627: Business Central adapter - Merge extension tables option for SQL Server provider Added option to merge a table and its extension tables together as one table. This feature could be very useful but I can’t find any documentation on how it works and if there are any limits or considerations that need to be taken into account.Initial testing suggest that it works for some tables but maybe not for tables in extension modules?

I have an API with the following documentation:• https://baseball.help.trumedianetworks.com/baseball/data-pro-api-docs According to the API documentation, a token must be generated and included as a parameter. This is done using a master token provided by the supplier. When testing in Postman, I receive a response in CSV format; however, the same does not work in TimeXtender. In Postman, the request automatically generates a header "cookie" containing an access token (through redirection). Is it possible to use a cookie container with a redirect option? In cases where a query is redirected to another URL and an authentication cookie obtained from the original URL needs to be set in the redirected request? If so, is this option available in TimeXtender's REST or RSD functionality?

Error deploying tabular endpoint - "A device attached to the system is not functioning"

During deployment of a tabular endpoint in 20.10.44.64 the error listed below occurs. The same error appears for multiple people in my organization, also in TimeXtender 6346.1The error only occurs when deploying, not when executing. In SQL Server Management Studio (Analysis Server), the executed tables do occur, but remain empty. Naturally, connecting to the endpoint in Power BI is not possible. Custom Hash FieldsIn scenarios with multiple fields making up the primary key, hashing the values of those fields into a single field can improve lookup performance. In TimeXtender Data Integration, such a field is called a custom hash field, and this field can also be used to easily investigate whether changes have been made to a record or not.Adding a custom hash fieldRight-click on a table and select "Add Custom Hash Field". Timeouts when transfer from azure datalake storage ingest instance to the prepare instance

when we load a table from the data lake it keeps failing after 4 till 5 hours. we have tried different timeout settings but the execution from the datalake to the sql storage keeps failing.See the screenshots and the error message below. In fact I have now 2 tickets open for a timeout issue. for 2 different problems.
