Hi A customer of ours is noticing that the order in which TX is deploying and executing the datawarehouses they have causes empty tables. They are using TX Classic without an ODX, all sources are in Business Units. From the business units data flows to the DSA datawarehouse. From there it flows to the MDW datawarehouse and finally the data flows to the Delivery datawarehouse layer.When making changes to tables in the MDW layer that affect tables in the Delivery layer and then performing a deploy & execute you can clearly see that the affected tables in the Delivery layer are handled first followed by de MDW layer.This also happens in the scheduled executions causing empty tables and having to execute the Delivery layer by hand. Is there a way to change this order?

Hi we have a number of Orchestration Process Maps that have been published.Our client is wanting to start giving access to specific end users to check the status of and re - process certain maps.The client wants to only show the relevant process maps to these users. I cannot see a way to restrict the users access to view the maps, just which ones they can process.How can I enable this functionality for the client?

Hi all,I'm working in TimeXtender (TDI) and ran into something I can't quite figure out. When I create a new schema in my Prepare instance, I want to assign it to a table that already exists in that same instance. The schema does appear as an option when I try to link it to the table. However, it gives an error upon deployment (of that table), at least until after I deploy the instance. Is this expected behavior?Or am I perhaps creating them in the wrong order or place? 

I’m using TimeXtender REST Data Source v10.2.0.0 with two endpoints: A static endpoint that returns a list of IDs. A dynamic endpoint that retrieves additional data for those IDs. The problem is that not all IDs from the first endpoint exist in the second. When the dynamic endpoint tries a ‘non-existent ID’, the API returns a 500 server error, stopping the data transfer.This is an external API, so I have no control over it. From what I can see, the datasource provider doesn’t offer error handling (like try/catch or “skip if failed”).I could create a curated list of valid IDs, but there are thousands of IDs that can change at any time, making this impractical. I could also ask the API provider to return empty JSONs instead of errors, but I’d prefer to handle it on my side.Any advice?

Today, we released a hotfix of TimeXtender Data Quality & Orchestration (v. 25.2.0.55).FixedAuth0 users could not log in builds 25.2.0.53 and 25.2.0.54 In some cases, the ‘Open Portal as user’ button would try to direct users to turnkey instead of the old portal. Exception links used ‘.exmon.com’ instead of ‘.odq.timextender.com’ If DataTransfer was using execution connection that had been deleted, the user could not open the DataTransfer package to fix it.

Hi thereI have an issue which I’m not quite sure how I can solve in timextender.i have 2 tables, Vendor and Catalouge .. Vendor contains all the vendors and Catalouge is the productcataloge with information about the product. The only parameter I have that I can make the relationship on is VAT .. the problem is that many products have the same VAT and there is a multiple Vendors with the same VAT. I was looking into making a bridge table but Im not quite sure how I can do this automatically in Timextender. what’s the smartest solution to this?

Hello,I have a question about the RAW tables in TimeXtender. I noticed that the data types of the fields in the RAW table change when I modify them in the tool. I was under the impression that RAW tables should keep the original data types from the source, since this would be “RAW”.I ran into trouble when loading transferring from the ODX. I changed the datatype of a field and even added a transformation that resulted in a CAST in the transformation view. However, I got an error message saying: The given value of type String from the data source cannot be converted to type float of the specified target column.This should not be, because the source contains only data that is/should be convertible to a float. The Raw table has no data, which I find strange. Changing the fields data type to float has also changed the datatype of the Raw table. I would expect the Raw table to always have the same datatype as the source and that the changing of datatypes is handled in the transformation vie

Good day,When analysing the Azure Costs of our TimeXtender Resource Group I suddenly noticed a spike in the costs, coming mostly from an increate in Storage Account and VM costs.To my knowledge, the setup of TimeXtender has not been changed during this period. Recently we have been running into big problems with our production repository database becoming completely unresponsive after completing an environment transfer, actually leading to scheduled executions not starting the following night.It has happened twice in the last two weeks but never before during the 3 years that we’ve been working with TX.The issue is seemingly resolved having switched to a vCore model on the production repository, but we are at a loss as to the root cause of this problem.We have of course read all the relevant knowledge base articles/community discussions that talk about why the repository may become generally slower over time (execution logs have been deleted, yes) -however, for us it has not been gradually deteriorating but suddenly. In what version of Timextender is the existing Easy Connect provider replaced by the new TNS provider? We are running the older classic version 20.10.52.64   

I have an issue, and i have not been able to identify if this is a TX issue or a DWH issue.This is how TX is set up:I have a MS PowerApp that writes to the APP database.I can see that the records are in the DWH, like in the table below.  I have confirmed that the entetried are in APP-stack.At 07:30 in the morning, execution package runs, then this happens:Meaning, the DW_ID that were previously Bob’s and Marlen’s are now overwritten by Kim and Tom.There are no traced of DW_ID 101 and 103 being registrered by Bob and Marlen either in ODX or in DSA.I dont know if it happens before the execution job runs, during or after. I have been scratching my head for the past couple of weeks.

Hi community,I created a role in the MDW and added Grant permission on one specific database schema. This schema contains some tables and some Stored Procedures. This role need to be able to select data in the tables and execute the stored procedures. I created my Object Security Setup using these settings:  When I login using SSMS (using the user in the role), I see the correct tables and I'm able to select data in the tables. But I'm not able to see the stored procedures. When I check the permissions on the ‘ExcelAddin’ database schema. Only the ‘select’ permission in granted. Is it possible to grant permission for ‘execute’ as well? Using TimeXtender?

Hello Community! Me and our developing team are getting pretty annoyedat the fact that it does not seem to be possible to duplicate process maps. Hence, when we want to create a process map similar to another one we will have to start copy-and-pasting elements from a process map into another, then start doing all the necessary adjustments, etc - which takes time.It would be much efficient to simply duplicate a process map and take it from there.Do any of you know how make this button clickable?What does enable it?Let me know if you have any advice or quick tricks!  TX O&DQ ‘duplication button’ I am referring to
