Hi team, I am encountering a timeout issue when moving large tables. The problem seems to be originating from the cleanup stored procedure (clean sp), as smaller tables are processed without incident. Could you please look into this issue?  

Hi TX Support, We're encountering a strange issue. We've setup an deliver instance of the REST API endpoint type. The model contains a dimension table. In the MDW layer this table contains 7844 records. Now when we pull the data from the REST endpoint we get 7844 as well, however the content is incorrect. Instead of the 7844 individual records we get 6974 records, 870 of those are duplicated and consequently 870 other records are missing. Example:DIM_Location TableLocation, Code, DW_Id Original MDW data LocationA, 123, 1LocationB, 345, 2LocationC, 678, 3 REST dataLocationA, 123, 1LocationB, 345, 2LocationB, 345, 2Missing Record in the REST dataLocationC, 678, 3Now I did tried everything I could think of in terms of troubleshooting. Everything is deployed, executed, refreshed and running. Going through the data I made an important observation. The set that is duplicated all are records that reside on the first page. They are then duplicated across the remaining pages. See the screenshot

Hi,We have been using Orchestration to schedule our TDI execution packages and Ingest tasks, and have tasks running every other hour. We now have a new requirement to be able to pause our schedule for service windows of a couple of hours every 2nd month. Does anyone know how to pause the schedule using Orchestration or some other tool?Any help is greatly appriciated. Best,Leo

Hi A customer of ours is noticing that the order in which TX is deploying and executing the datawarehouses they have causes empty tables. They are using TX Classic without an ODX, all sources are in Business Units. From the business units data flows to the DSA datawarehouse. From there it flows to the MDW datawarehouse and finally the data flows to the Delivery datawarehouse layer.When making changes to tables in the MDW layer that affect tables in the Delivery layer and then performing a deploy & execute you can clearly see that the affected tables in the Delivery layer are handled first followed by de MDW layer.This also happens in the scheduled executions causing empty tables and having to execute the Delivery layer by hand. Is there a way to change this order?

Hi thereI have an issue which I’m not quite sure how I can solve in timextender.i have 2 tables, Vendor and Catalouge .. Vendor contains all the vendors and Catalouge is the productcataloge with information about the product. The only parameter I have that I can make the relationship on is VAT .. the problem is that many products have the same VAT and there is a multiple Vendors with the same VAT. I was looking into making a bridge table but Im not quite sure how I can do this automatically in Timextender. what’s the smartest solution to this?

I need to connect some new REST API's to our TX environment. These API's where easy to configure in Postman, but is now a challenge in TX. In Postman it's possible to use a “pre-script” (java) to create some variables, concatenate them and then hash. This is the script:const method = 'GET';const urlPath = '/app/openapi/v1/device/deviceOpenIds';const secret = 'MY_SECRET';const timestamp = Date.now().toString();const signature = CryptoJS.HmacSHA256(method + timestamp + urlPath, secret).toString(CryptoJS.enc.Hex);pm.environment.set('timestamp', timestamp);pm.environment.set('signature', signature);This signature is used in the header for authentication for the GET call. Hi, I have server, database, username and password for postgreSQL DB.with pgAdmin no issue it connects immediatelly. (no additional settings)In TX I tried CData ADO.NET Provider for PostreSQL 2022 (tried 2018 also, same result)Set SSL False - got error no encryptionSet SSL True - [500] System error: server certificate verification failed. Hi we have a number of Orchestration Process Maps that have been published.Our client is wanting to start giving access to specific end users to check the status of and re - process certain maps.The client wants to only show the relevant process maps to these users. I cannot see a way to restrict the users access to view the maps, just which ones they can process.How can I enable this functionality for the client?

Hi All,My current employer uses TimeXtender Desktop and two separate servers (dev/test + prod).The previous administrator installed the ODX server on the dev/test server. This causes issues when a datasource is modified, as it also affects the production environment.At my previous employer, we had an ODX server per environment: Dev ODX, Test ODX, and Prod ODX.My question is: what does the community recommend regarding having an ODX server on the dev/test environment?My ideas:Install the ODX Server on the production environment. Hi,I have a customer working with TimeXtender 7150.1 connected to Snowflake.I have a .csv data-source connected through the Ingest. The ingest settings have a number of header rows removed. But in the data received, I have Totaal-rows that I want to skip or filter out.The option to “filter rows” by right-clicking the data-source in the Ingest area is not available for this source: My next option would be to add a data selection rule to the table connected to the ingestion. But that has no effect: my result table has two rows (one from each .csv source) with Totaal.The above data selection rule seems not to be used. The only thing I can do to get it working, as far as I am aware, is to manually add a line of code, using the “Custom Code” option:But I was told / had learned that using the data selection rule, would automatically change the transformation script.I am not a fan of this solution, as it is not immediately clear to a new user (or to me in a year time) that I have changed the

Hi all,I'm working in TimeXtender (TDI) and ran into something I can't quite figure out. When I create a new schema in my Prepare instance, I want to assign it to a table that already exists in that same instance. The schema does appear as an option when I try to link it to the table. However, it gives an error upon deployment (of that table), at least until after I deploy the instance. Is this expected behavior?Or am I perhaps creating them in the wrong order or place? 

I’m using TimeXtender REST Data Source v10.2.0.0 with two endpoints: A static endpoint that returns a list of IDs. A dynamic endpoint that retrieves additional data for those IDs. The problem is that not all IDs from the first endpoint exist in the second. When the dynamic endpoint tries a ‘non-existent ID’, the API returns a 500 server error, stopping the data transfer.This is an external API, so I have no control over it. From what I can see, the datasource provider doesn’t offer error handling (like try/catch or “skip if failed”).I could create a curated list of valid IDs, but there are thousands of IDs that can change at any time, making this impractical. I could also ask the API provider to return empty JSONs instead of errors, but I’d prefer to handle it on my side.Any advice?

Today, we released a hotfix of TimeXtender Data Quality & Orchestration (v. 25.2.0.55).FixedAuth0 users could not log in builds 25.2.0.53 and 25.2.0.54 In some cases, the ‘Open Portal as user’ button would try to direct users to turnkey instead of the old portal. Exception links used ‘.exmon.com’ instead of ‘.odq.timextender.com’ If DataTransfer was using execution connection that had been deleted, the user could not open the DataTransfer package to fix it.
