when I try to test the connection I get this error message:
Exception Type: ODX.Model.Exceptions.DataSourceException
Message: The connection 'EXT_EXACT_NL' uses a version of the provider that is not compatible with this version of TimeXtender Ingest Service. Upgrade the data source connection in the Portal and try again.
But I cannot upgrade the provider. Has anyone the same issue?

if you are running TIS/TDI 26.3 you likely need to upgrade to 26.3.0.2

with that version I think you should be able to use the 13.6 version of the provider - there isn't a more recent version of that provider. This might be something to open a support ticket for.
