Hi Friends

I have used TX CDS to connect SQL Server because It was a best practice recommendation, but now I don’t know if CDS will be deprecated, What is the best connector for SQL Server? CDS will be deprecated?

Regards

Ignacio

Hi @ignacio ,

I can confirm that the CDS TimeXtender SQL Data Source is still available in the newest version. See:

If there is a direct connection possible from TimeXtender to the SQL Data Source. I always use this connector.

Hi @ignacio

The data source type field does not exist in the new portal, other than that the data source has the same name as before. So CDS or CData does not exist as a field.
