21779: Add internet connection check on ODX service and Job Executions startup
Fixed an issue where the ODX and Execution services would get stuck at the 'Starting' state when there is no internet connection available. It will now retry for 5 minutes and if there is still no internet connection available, then it will shut down the services.
21738: Null reference error when adding One-To-Many relations to SSL model
Fixed an issue where One-To-Many relations on SSL wasn't created correctly and would cause an error when re-opening the project.
21748: Authentication settings changes trigger job execution service restart.
Fixed an issue where the execution server would restart when the authentication settings file was modified.
