Just installed TX 20.10.66.64 on a new server for a customer and connected to the server where the txrepository is kept, all without any problems.
Now I need to setup the Prod environment and therefore start the service I created for that, but this keeps showing an error message:

The upgrade guide section Assign the Service Account to the correct Project Repository
Explains how to start a service so it points at the correct repository.
The user running the service will be set as the link to the repository.
