We are suddenly having issues with opening last saved project in TimeXtender. The error says:

An error occurred while fetching data from the database.
Failed to enable constraints. One or more rows contain values violating non-null, unique, or foreign-key constraints.

Location: Table: SelectionRuleFields
ForeignKeyConstraint DataFields_SelectionRuleFields requires the child key values (5b2c48b9-abad-4a3b-a9b2-002fedfc582a) to exist in the parent table..

We have tried to go back to the project that we saved before the lastest one. We are able to open that it not able to save it. The errror says:

Hi @aftabp

Please see support ticket 34912

@Christian Hauggaard  - what is Support Ticket 34912? We are having a similar issue and need it resolved.

Error: ForeignKeyConstraint ConnectODXDatasources_DataTables required the child key values to exist in the parent table.

We are on hold with our work at the moment as we are unable to open the instance until this is resolved.

Hi @kerry_bespoke ,

I assume that number is the ticket opened for that customer. I recently had a similar issue and opened a support ticket for it. Either e-mail support@timextender.com or use https://legacysupport.timextender.com to post a ticket.

Hi @kerry_bespoke as Rory mentions, ticket 34912 is for another partner/customer.

I see your colleague Deepali has opened ticket 37282 which I have updated with a response now.

Going forward, we would appreciate it if you open support tickets for repository issues by emailing support@timextender.com

@Christian Hauggaard OK thank you both for your assistance. We did open a support ticket but had not received a response so was trying the community. I will be sure to just stick with the support tickets for repository issues from now on.
