I cannot log on anymore in TDI desktop.

Unauthorized: The sign-in failed because your e-mail address has not been verified. Resetting your password will verify your e-mail address.

I resetted my password. Done. Re-installed TimeXtender TDI 7303.1

No luck yet. Unauthorized…

What am I missing here ?

It is easier to pass it on to other teams when you experience such issues.
