Is upgrade from legacy version to SAAS possible?

Is there any documentation on how you would move (upgrade) from a legacy version to the SAAS solution? I currently use version 20.10.40.64. 

Also, what does it mean for us since we currently have the legacy version? Will there still be support on the legacy versions (20.x)?

It is not currently possible to migrate from legacy to SaaS solution. We plan to release a migration tool. In terms of support for the legacy version, we are releasing new versions for 20.10 to handle bug fixes.
