Good day,

I am afraid I have lost the MFA on my phone and I can no longer login in the TimeXtender App.

Is it possible to have this reset?

Hi ​@renevdvlugt 

I have done this a few times for colleagues and partners. I just delete you and add you again.

So I guess everyone who is an admin of a partner/customer can make a colleague get this setup again.

There is also a way where it can be reset in auth0, but that takes longer than what I did in 2 minutes.

 

Also do you see the invite?

I got the invite. It asked me to change my password, which I did.

 

However, the MFA does not seem to be reset. It still asks me for the old one

I think it was the wrong portal I removed it from. Can you try again.
