Hi all!
Since last week I have this problem where if I login on the TimeXtender portal, I get the following error message:

What's strange is that when I go back to the login screen and reset my password, it does work and I get access to the portal:

I've tried some obvious things, like trying a different browser, deleting cache and cookies, etc… Also removing and adding myself as a user (via a colleague) didn't seem to fix it.
Does anyone know what the issue could be?
