Issue using multiple BC adapters at the same time.

Hi,

We are currently experiencing a problem with using multiple BC  (NAV) Adapters at the same time. The two connectors are set up with individual app registrations as one is in the same Azure Tenant as where we are kicking off the execution, and one is in a different tenant all together. 

When I execute these tables one at a time or one source at a time, it runs smoothly with no issues. The issue is trying to run both sources at the same time. When I try that, it gives the following error: 
 


The connectors are set up correctly as I am able to run them seperately. 

Does anyone have a fix or workaround for this issue?
 
For the record: we are on Version 20.10.44.64 and we are using Business Units.

Hi,

you might be able to get some clues as to what is going wrong from Entra logging (either general or from the app reg's specific logs). It may be that running separately authenticates against the separate tenants but running at the same time tries to authenticate via one tenant.

Are you using the additional data sources option to do this?

Are you using Service to Service authentication?

I am unable to check the logging in the App reg, as i do not have the authorization for that. I'll try to get the logs but that might take a while. 

@Thomas Lind  we are using Service to Service authentication for both, yes. The way i have it configured is that i have 2 separate connectors in 2 separate BU's, using the business central (NAV) connector without any additional settings, except for a language enhancement. Unsure what other settings we could try for this.
