Hi all,

I have a customer at which the data & analytics team has to report which data (tables & fields) is loaded into the data lake with ODX server for a certain source. This is because the source contains GDPR data and the data & analytics team has to prove to the legal team that they aren’t loading GDPR data into the data lake and further upstream.

Unfortunately the TX documentation feature documents from the DSA and onward. The DSA documentation isn’t feasible for this request since we’re renaming fields and adding transformations.

Is there a workaround to get this overview for a ODX server connection?

Kind regards, Rogier

Hi @rogier.helmus ODX documentation is not supported in 20.10. However it is supported in the new cloud-enabled version. We will soon be releasing a migration tool that allows you to migrate your 20.10 projects to the new version. In the meantime, perhaps you can query a copy of the ODX SQLite local backlog database https://legacysupport.timextender.com/hc/en-us/articles/360054444552-How-to-Query-ODX-local-Backlog-SQLite-database. Please avoid making an extra connection to Backlog.sqlite file in use, since it may interfere with ODX activity in progress.  For analytics, always make a copy of the current backlog file and use the copy for analysis.
