We are delighted to welcome you to the new TimeXtender Community. The community is yours, it's a place for you to discuss topics, collaborate with peers, ask questions and stay updated.

At TimeXtender, we know the importance of time. This is the main reason is why we’ve created the new Community. A place where you can find the answers you need to your technical and process-oriented questions, without having to engage with a chatbot, call a customer service line or fill out a form and wait.

Flex your TimeXtender skills to help other users and earn points, as well as some pretty sweet badges, along the way.

Why Did We Build It?

We built the TimeXtender Community Forum for several reasons. We want you to be able to:

  • Connect with experts
  • Solve complex problems
  • Become a TimeXtender hero
  • Access an ever-growing Knowledge Base

What will you find?

  • An easy-to-navigate list of discussion topics
  • A library of how-to videos and guides
  • An engaged community where you can ask questions and get answers quickly.
  • Our new and improved Training
  • Information on how to prepare and take the TimeXtender Exam and gain the Certified Solutions Architect Badge.
  • Product Updates and Release Notes
  • An arena for product suggestions and feedback – Let us know what you think of TimeXtender (seriously, we want you to be honest – we can take it, we promise)

Let us know what you think!

We are very curious to hear what kind of topics you would like to discuss and what you would like to see from us. Please leave a comment and help us shape a community that you love!

Great!

But since the new community site was launched, images in threads/replies on the old support site are not visible anymore. The embedded images point to support.timextender.com but are actually hosted on legacysupport.timextender.com. Can this be fixed? For me, the old support site is still useful since we are still on the legacy TimeXtender version :)

Hey @RLB, all the community posts have been moved over here to the new community. We are currently working on fixing any broken images and links from these migrated posts, so these will be available shortly :)
