Add option for a full load when adding incremental objects to the execution list

While deploying the table first is technically a workaround for this issue, it's quite slow and clunky compared to just checking a box when dropping the table into the queue.  I quite like this idea!

This could be a simple checkbox in the pop-up where you have to specify if you want all the steps, or only Transfer or Data Cleansing
