Currently you can add XSL code to the XSLT box under table flattening in the REST data source connector. However you have to paste the text. I would like to be able to browse for a specific file. Specifically so a can place that file in a git repository.
We created some custom XSLTs for some more challenging APIs (the table constructor didn't suffice). Currently we have to copy-paste their contents to the portal which is poses some maintenance challenges as you can probably imagine.

Also, considering how versatile XSL is, perhaps the section that is now called “table flattening” should be renamed to “table transforming”. But that is my humble opinion.
