Hi,
I was surprised that I couldn’t find this suggested as an idea yet, but it would be very helpful to have “Deploy only modified” selected by default, or at least to have the option to set this as the default at an instance/project level.
I think most of us have forgotten to enable it at least once, resulting in every table deploying and executing.
