Incremental Load while landing data in BU for Enhanced Rest and OData Connectors

Possibility for Incremnetal Load while loading data into BU .

At the moment, the Enhanced Rest provider does not support Incremental load. So while it can be turn on, it will fail with the error: 

Incremental Load
Validation status: Error
Message: Incremental load is not supported on this table.
