Make it possible to change encoding in CSV Connector

Hi,

It would be good if you could choose the encoding/character set for the source files in the connector.
I had a problem with a file, but was able to load it after changing the encoding of the file to UTF-8.

Hi ​@RLB ,

Sorry I should have been a bit more specific. I meant the new Timextender CSV data Source.

It's correct, as you say, that the possibility exists in the old Cdata data Source.
