Currently, TimeXtender only supports deploying apps (.qvw) to a specified space, while QVD files are stored in the underlying “QVD folder.”

It would be a significant improvement if the app deployment (.qvw) could remain unchanged, but the QVD storage location could instead be directed to a dedicated Data space, as defined in the portal’s Data space setting.

This would provide better alignment with governance and data management practices.

Delivered. You can now target a Qlik Cloud space directly from TDI — set the destination space on the Qlik Cloud connection in the Portal, and your deployments land in the right space automatically instead of the default location. It shipped as part of Qlik Cloud Spaces deployment in TimeXtender Data Integration 7376.1 (May 28, 2026; Public Preview 7361.1 from May 13). Thanks for the suggestion, Dror.
