Schedule ODX Server to transfer on a different timezone than UTC

Is there a way to schedule the ODX server transfers on anything other than UTC? We always want to have the load at 6pm regardless of summer/winter time.

Hi @RobertU this is not currently supported in the old version of TimeXtender (TimeXtender Classic). In the new version of TimeXtender (TimeXtender Data Integration), a workaround could be to execute an ODX job via the TimeXtender API (see Execute Job Endpoint).

@Christian Hauggaard I should have mentioned that i was talking about the new version. We are currently testing if we can migrate our old project to the new version and because the new version completely works with odx server, this is one of the first issues we encountered.

I quickly looked at your link and it looks like an overcomplicated solution for a simple problem.

Do you know if there are plans to develop something to schedule anthing else but UTC from within the gui?

@RobertU As far as I know, there are no plans currently to implement the functionality you describe. However I have converted this to a product idea. The product team frequently reviews the product ideas in our community

It would be great if both TimeXtender/ODX and Exmon support timezones including daylight saving time.

We have source systems that must be refreshed on a specific CET time. If we execute early, the source data is not ready. If we execute late, it will delay our full execution chain. That means that we have to manually alter the schedule twice a year to keep UTC time in sync with CET and daylight saving time.
