v21 requires sign-in at regular intervals without regard to whether a user is actively creating magic in the UI. It’s a bit annoying being signed out in the middle of something so while regular sign-ins are a great security feature, it should take recent UI activity into consideration and reset the sign-out/in timing accordingly … e.g. 6 hours after the latest UI activity.

+1Just an addition to these annoying repeated sign-ins … because I support multiple customers, I often have many open v21 sessions in many different RDPs … and I frequently need to sign in because it might be 24 hours since I last did something.
But 9 out of 10 times, I can attempt to login as many times I want … I don’t get access until I exit TimeXtender and start it again (at which point I’m asked whether I want to take over my own lock).
If this can’t be fixed, can we then at least get an explanation that we can pass on to the customers?
