Connection to AWS RDS instance

Hi!

Does TimeXtender support retrieving data from a MySQL RDS instance in AWS?

I have tried to connect but I did not manage to test the connection successfully.

Hi Bernardo,

If you run mySQL Workbench client tool on your TX machine, are you able to connect to MySQL RDS instance in AWS ?

Are you using CData mySQL provider for AWS RDS connection? I don't see an AWS specific section, however you may try these settings:

Yes, I am able to connect to the MySQL database from the machine where I run TimeXtender.

Yes, I have used CData MySQL 2021.
