Excessive authorization token request

Hi Everyone,

 

In the Ingest instance activity log I see a lot of messages. It happens when populating a table in the DSA (execute). We are using Datalake as storage and TDI version 7158.1

Execution takes a loooooong time also.

 

What goes wrong here???

It would seem like it does this authentication for each call and many calls are done perhaps due to pagination.

How is this authentication set up? 

Do you use the “On Demand” setting on the data source?

Hi Thomas,

Data on demand is not activated for this data source. So as far as I can see this is happening when transfering data from ODX (Data lake) to SQL, In the log it starts with ‘outbound’ transfer.

 

What I cannot see is if all the token messages belong to the same process (PID) because that is not in the log. Maybe a future enhancement?

So it could be from a parallel proces, I cannot say.

Is it happening for all tables, or only some from a specific data source? Alternatively is it a specific package that is being executed or is it just all tables in the data area.

I am trying to execute 1 table, which won't load (from ODX → DSA).

Trying to figure out why, and saw these messages in the log.
