Hi team,  How is the process to set my account as TX administrator? Now I am a user and I can't run ODX 's transfer option or create a new schedule

Hi @ignacio ,

in the 20.10.x release you can set two different passwords to connect to the ODX: user and admin. If you connect with the user password you do not get any of the management options. You can simply use the admin password for that. See Tools menu > Options > ODX Server > password

Hi @ignacio

Rory is correct about what sort of password is used to connect to the ODX.

The other thing could be that you are connecting to a Sandbox ODX environment as those things you can’t do aren’t available for that.
