I have together with a solutions- and security architect used your guide to try setting up notifications but we keep on getting an error when i hit the button Test Notification

This is the guide we have used

Set up Notifications on Critical Errors from the ODX Instance | Community (timextender.com)

The part below also in place according to this guide

Notifications on Critical Errors – TimeXtender Support

Is there someting missing?

Hi @aftabp

It looks like a lack of access to the server.

Whether it is the user, app or server itself that blocks access I don’t know.

The issues I had was with the user account I used as a from email and user and the apps setup and rights.

Even though the rights is No in regards to consent I had to get our admin to give them.

The user needs to be created without 2 factor authentication, which goes against our normal procedures.
