ODX Can not Synchronize

When I opened the project today ODX showed this error.

Another ODX service has the lock to the project. Please run the configuration tool to take over the lock.

What could it be the reason?

Hi @sguntupalli this implies that the ODX config tool has been run, and that there is a service running for this particular ODX instance, on another machine. A specific ODX instance can only be running on one machine at a time, which is why there is a lock on it

    The production ODX server having an issue now.

    What could it be the reason how can I fix this?

    Verify the TimeXtender ODX Service is running OK on this machine (localhost).

    We recommend using actual server name in the Server box.

    As Syed mentions above, could you please open Services and check that the ODX Service is running?

    Again, Same type of issue 

    IT performed security patches on our production servers, March 29th.  

    When I opened production server Today ODX is offline. 

    I RUN Configuration it showed below ERROR.
