The ODX server stopped (per 25/8) synchronizing it's job status with the portal.

Restarting the ODX Server does not solve the issue.

 

Any tips?

Can you show me the current result in the ODX Service Log?

Does it have any errors?

Can you add this result to a email and send it to support@timextender.com

To avoid any GDPR issues.
