Theobald Extractor with incremental load just for 1 table

Hi All,

Is it possible to use an SAP Theobald Extractor with incremental load and that just for 1 table ( or more, but not all the tables?

We tried is on one table and we got an error message saying we needed to change all the tables into incremental load.

Kind regards,

Eric

Dear @Eric van der Voort ,

This means that there are tables that are in your dwh that are still on the incremental setting where the ODX server is full loading them.

Did you synchronize the ODX with the DWH? Do that first. You can find this setting by right clcking on the ODX and selecting the Synchronize Objects. This should put the settings right again.

Secondly you should check the settings of the tables if these settings are on automatic.

Hope this helps

Dear @Eric van der Voort ,

In my believe this should be possible.

You need to set up the incremental load rule to contain only that table or a group of tables that you want to load incrementally.

once you've changed the incremental load rule the rest of the tables further in the data warehouse will also full load in staid of incremental load.

Be sure to check the tables for the settings, but these tables should be set to ‘automatic’, if so the ODX server sets these tables to full or incremental automatically. If these settings have been changes, set them back to automatic.

Hope this helps

Hi Daniel,

Applied you suggestions but no luck.

Getting the following error when deploying.

What could be the cause of this?

Thanks for your time

Eric
