Stop/kill package execution in Exmon when there's no process shown in the webportal

It seems like we have packages within a process which are stuck on “running”:

Exmon DG Desktop

If I check the “Process Queue” in the webportal, like this post suggested, I can’t find anything running.

Is there another way to stop these packages? Or maybe they are not running at all, the desktop application just says so.

We’ve tried to restart the virtual machine where the services are running.

We’re running TimeXtender Data Governance 23.3.0.40 (aka Exmon) and TimeXtender Data Integration 6814.1.

Hi @Christian Hauggaard !
We have upgraded. However, we no longen have any jobs in our packages. So the problem can’t be re-created now.

Hi @stein1618

Do these packages contain TimeXtender Data Integration jobs?

If so please upgrade to the latest version of TimeXtender Data Integration (6822.1)

There was a fix in 6766.1 regarding job statuses

Also please see the following update regarding scheduling of Execution Packages

Hi @Christian Hauggaard

There are TimeXtender Data Integration jobs in these packages. However, and this is because we are trying out alot of stuff at once when migrating to the SaaS solution, we decided to drop the jobs after upgrading to 6814.1. So the jobs which are in the packages that is still running are now deleted.
I’ll upgrade to 6822.1 as soon as possible.

Edit: Previously this post stated that there were no jobs in the packages which are still running.
