Hi we have a number of Orchestration Process Maps that have been published.

Our client is wanting to start giving access to specific end users to check the status of and re - process certain maps.

The client wants to only show the relevant process maps to these users. I cannot see a way to restrict the users access to view the maps, just which ones they can process.

How can I enable this functionality for the client?

Some time ago, I spoke with the support team and they informed me that it is not possible at this time.

So I have been playing around and I think I have a solution of sorts… Although I would like to get a verification from someone at TX if I am on the right path.

Seems you can create a new “System” and migrate the Process Map only to the new system. It can still execute processes and packages from the other system.

Then you can give access to the User to that system only and they will only see the process maps in that system!

I have not fully tested yet with actual user access but I think it will work.

Hi,

@Paul McLeod Bespoke Analytics I believe that is the only way to do this. You can control access to Systems (allowing differentiation between process maps), Processes (for running a complete Process), and Execution Jobs (subsets of process steps run in process order).
