Hi,

Within TimeXtender O&DQ I am wondering if it is possible to setup “Email on failure” on processes instead of a singe Packages. Untill now I always add email on failure on every single package, but in the end it would be much faster to be able to add this on a higher, hence on the Prosess level. Is this possible?

Kinds regards,

Devin

Hello Devis!

It is definitely possible.

I’m assuming you are an administrator in the TXO&DQ solution.

In that case, in the Object Explorer panel (on default the one of your left containing all the packages) go to System folder and select the current system where the process is located. Under the General settings, you will find “Administrators” - make sure you add yourself there as an admin.

Still under the General settings, you will also find the System Email Template setting. There, you can choose one of the email templates available (I suggest using the default one for testing).

Then, under the Default maps, you will see the Default Process Map setting. There, you will have the possibility to choose one of your deployed process maps. Select the process map you would like to receive an email for.

When you are done, click “Save”, and then rerun the process map containing the process you are interested in.

Let me know if it helped,
