Hi, 

TimeXtender Data Integration 7303.1

I got this error when opening instance

 

An error occurred while fetching data from the database.
Failed to enable constraints. One or more rows contain values violating non-null, unique, or foreign-key constraints.

Location: Table: TableInsertSelectionRuleFields
ForeignKeyConstraint TableInsertSelectionRules_TableInsertSelectionRuleFields requires the child key values (881d81f2-2ee7-4716-8eb8-d9da2332b33d) to exist in the parent table..

 

 

How to solve this?

Hi Rory,

 

I migrated the test environment to production through the portal. This enabled me to open the new version in the production environment and resolve the issue.

Hi,

if you can still open the test environment then that is good - if not, you may still need to get that solved.

I can open both test environment and prod environment.

So I am good :-)
