Is there an option to set a default value for a simple table such that we can fill it with some value without doing any transformations. It then also should be possible to add fields for simple tables, but that you can only fill it with a default value.
It would also be helpful in the DSA.

No you can't do any transformations on a simple mode table.
It would be a feature request if this specifically should be possible.
Ask your assigned SSP abut this and explain why you need it and what it will accomplish.

In our opinion it's not a transformation but a DLL. This should belong to add field.
For example you can add tablename in this field.
