Dear Sir,

One of our customers wants to keep working with TX classic into the future.

Question: Till when is the 20.10 TimeXtender Classic supported  ?

Customers have to migratie sooner of later right ? Is there a deadline ?

Or is TimeXtender Classic still supported for say the next 10 years ?

Hope you can shine a light on this. πŸ˜€

Regards,

Arthur

Hi,

as a partner you should have received an e-mail on or around the 30th of January with the subject β€œKeeping You Up-to-Date: Latest News from TimeXtender. Inside that you will find a link to the product update session which addresses this around the 06:30 mark.

Hi

According to the TimeXtender Product Update Webinar from 8th of January 2025:

TimeXtender version 20.10 is supported until feb 2027

TimeXtender version 20.10 can be migrated to new TimeXtender Classic (version 25.2.x) released sometime in February 2025 or to TimeXtender Data Integration (TDI) available now.

Dear Sir,

The new TimeXtender Classic (version 25.2.x) will be released sometime in February 2025β€¦πŸ˜€

Do we know the exact release date for the TX Classic version 25.2 ?

My client wants to upgrade from 20.10.43.64 to 20.10.57.64, I suggested to wait for the final TX Classic version 25.2, because the support will end in februari 2027.

Hope to hear from you.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Arthur

Hi

Sorry I don’t. I’m just a customer who attended the webinar.

Anyone from TimeXtender?

Hi,

probably best to reach out to your Solution Specialist - I haven't heard any firm dates.
