Users - Add or Remove

In this article, you will read about adding and removing users from TimeXtender Master Data Management. To do this:

  1. Open TimeXtender Master Data Management
  2. Navigate to the user configuration page in TimeXtender Master Data Management.
    1. This can be found via the Configure gear button in the bottom left corner
  3. Then select User Configuration
  4. Click Add User

 

Add User

In this section, you will learn how to add a new user in TimeXtender Master Data Management.

  1. When you add a user, add their email address and click Next.
  2. Then you enter their full name and click OK.
  3. Select the new user from the list
  4. Select the appropriate privileges (see User Configuration for more details on how privileges work)
  5. Finally, click Save
  6. The new user will receive an email and can start using TimeXtender Master Data Management

Remove User

  1. To remove a user, select them from the list
  2. Click Remove
  3. Click Save
