Changes to package parameters

With the release of TimeXtender Orchestration 4.5, package parameters have been changed in a way that can affect executions. With this release, TimeXtender Orchestration no longer adds single quotation marks around package parameters and instead, the user must specify whether they want single or double quotation marks themselves as such:

{@myParameter[default:1]}

should become

{@myParameter[default:1][quotes:']}

If you are upgrading and were directed to this page you are using package parameters and so these instructions are very important for you.

  1. Copy and paste the package IDs you get when upgrading to notepad. The IDs should be listed below the link that was sent to you here.
  2. Resume and finish upgrading.
  3. Open TimeXtender Orchestration and Data Quality and using the package ids open each package and make sure it runs properly.
